Marketplace Terrell Mill

Project: Marketplace Terrell Mill is a mixed-use development located in the East Cobb area of Metro Atlanta, GA at the intersection of Terrell Mill Road and Powers Ferry Road. The development consists of a new Kroger grocery store, 298 luxury multi-family residences, a vertically stacked, climatized self-storage facility, and a 13,000sf retail center with plenty of big-name retailers, including Chick-fil-A, Panera, Wendy’s, Regions Bank, Los Abuelos Mexican Grill, and The Brass Tap.
